Thank you for choosing INSIGHT AGRICULTURE ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible via insightag.in. We are dedicated to providing high-yield, rigorously curated computer-based mock test series, question banks, answer explanations, and performance scorecards for agricultural entrance examinations (including UPCATET, ICAR AIEEA PG, UPSSSC AGTA, IBPS AFO, and allied agricultural university competitive exams).
This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the purchase of all digital educational subscriptions, test series packages, and online exam enrollments made through our platform. We encourage you to carefully read this document before completing any payment transaction.
Because our mock test series and digital exam solutions are activated immediately upon successful payment clearance, our general policy is that all purchases are final and non-refundable once test content is accessed or attempted. However, we provide fair, guaranteed refunds in cases of duplicate debits, technical activation failures, or gateway billing discrepancies as outlined in Section 2 below.
1. Nature of Digital Services & General Policy
1.1 Instant Digital Delivery
All mock test series, practice question banks, and CBT simulation papers provided on INSIGHT AGRICULTURE are digital educational services. Upon successful payment verification through our payment partner (Razorpay), your account is granted instantaneous access to the enrolled test packages, proprietary question databases, and performance analytical tools.
1.2 Non-Returnable Digital Goods
Unlike physical merchandise, digital educational content cannot be returned once delivered and viewed. Therefore, once an enrolled test series has been activated on your candidate dashboard and any mock test has been opened or attempted, the transaction is considered irrevocably consumed and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in Section 2 of this Policy.
1.3 Free Preview & Trial Mock Tests
To assist aspirants in making informed purchasing decisions, INSIGHT AGRICULTURE provides complimentary sample mock tests, syllabus previews, and user-interface demonstrations at insightag.in/free-tests. We strongly urge all students to evaluate our question quality, timer mechanisms, and testing software through these free materials before enrolling in paid series.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
INSIGHT AGRICULTURE will approve full or partial refunds under the following specific, verifiable conditions:

3. Ineligible Circumstances (Non-Refundable Cases)
Refund claims will NOT be approved under any of the following circumstances:
- 3.1 Tests Attempted or Content Accessed: If you have attempted, unlocked, or viewed questions, solutions, or scorecards in any paid test series module.
- 3.2 Change of Mind / Personal Preparation Strategy: If you decide not to appear for the competitive exam, discontinue your studies, or purchase a competing test series elsewhere.
- 3.3 Exam Rescheduling or Official Pattern Revisions: If the official government examination authority (e.g., UPCATET Organizing University, ICAR / NTA, UPSSSC, or IBPS) postpones the examination date, modifies the eligibility criteria, or adjusts the exam pattern.
- 3.4 Candidate-End Hardware, Network or Device Failure: Test interruptions caused by personal device malfunction, slow mobile data/broadband connectivity, browser incompatibilities, power loss, or accidental closing of the browser window during a live test attempt.
- 3.5 Account Suspension for Security Violations: If an account is suspended or permanently blocked due to violations of our Terms of Use, including unauthorized multi-device account sharing, commercial test pooling, screen-recording, scraping, or piracy of question banks.
- 3.6 Retrospective Coupon or Discount Requests: Requests to apply promotional discount codes retrospectively after a transaction has already been completed, or claims based on subsequent promotional price drops.
- 3.7 Delayed Claims Beyond 7 Calendar Days: Any refund request submitted after the expiration of seven (7) calendar days from the original transaction timestamp.
4. Cancellation of Enrolment & Subscriptions
4.1 Fixed-Validity One-Time Packages
Unless explicitly specified as a recurring subscription, all mock test series on INSIGHT AGRICULTURE are one-time fee packages with a fixed validity period (e.g., valid until the date of the target agricultural entrance examination, or for 6 / 12 months from purchase). These packages do not auto-renew and terminate automatically upon validity expiration.
4.2 Order Cancellation by the Platform
INSIGHT AGRICULTURE reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent transaction indicators are flagged by our payment gateway, if unauthorized automated bot behavior is detected, or in cases of clear system pricing errors. In such cases where services have not been utilized, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment source.
5. Refund Claim Procedure & Documentation
To file an eligible refund claim, the candidate must follow the formal claim submission process:

Your refund request email must contain the following mandatory details:
- Candidate Full Name (as registered on the portal)
- Registered Mobile Number (verified with OTP)
- Registered Email Address
- Purchased Mock Test Series Name
- Razorpay Order ID & Payment ID (found on your payment receipt)
- Bank Transaction Reference Number (UTR / RRN)
- Screenshot or bank proof showing the debit confirmation
- Clear statement of the reason for the refund request
5.3 Submission Window
All refund claims must be formally lodged within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date. Requests received after this 7-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.
6. Verification, Approval & Settlement Timelines
6.1 Technical Investigation
Upon receipt of your claim, our administrative and technical team will inspect system telemetry and database audit logs within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) working hours to verify: (a) whether duplicate debits occurred, (b) whether the test series remained inaccessible, and (c) whether any paid test papers or solutions were accessed.
6.2 Decision Notification
Our team will issue an official written response via email approving or rejecting the claim with clear reasoning based on platform records.
6.3 Settlement Window & Original Source Credit
Once a refund claim is approved:
- Initiation SLA: The refund is initiated through Razorpay within two (2) business days of approval.
- Settlement SLA: The refunded amount reflects back in your original source payment instrument (Bank Account, UPI ID, Debit/Credit Card) within five (5) to seven (7) working days, subject to standard inter-bank clearing cycles.
- Strict Source Rule: Refunds are credited strictly back to the original source account. We do not issue cash refunds, store credits to third-party accounts, or manual transfers to alternative bank accounts.
7. Payment Gateway Fees & Deductions
In instances where a refund is granted due to candidate error (such as an accidental duplicate purchase), non-refundable payment gateway processing fees levied by financial intermediaries (typically 2% to 3% plus applicable GST) or statutory taxes already remitted to government authorities may be adjusted from the refund amount, where permitted under applicable RBI guidelines.
Where a refund is occasioned by an error, fault, or technical failure on the part of INSIGHT AGRICULTURE, the student will receive a 100% full refund without any deductions.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly advise students to reach out directly to our student support desk at contact@insightag.in before initiating a formal bank chargeback or dispute with their card-issuing bank or UPI provider.
Direct communication allows us to resolve duplicate deductions or activation issues significantly faster (typically within 24 to 48 hours) compared to lengthy bank chargeback cycles (which may take 45 to 90 days). If an unauthorized or frivolous chargeback is filed while test series access has been utilized, INSIGHT AGRICULTURE reserves the right to immediately suspend portal access pending investigation and submit server access logs to the acquiring financial institution.
9. Policy Modifications & Updates
INSIGHT AGRICULTURE reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time to conform with changes in regulatory statutes, payment aggregator protocols, or platform operational enhancements. Any amendments will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued enrollment or usage of our services after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
